Niagara Immigration Employment Council

Catherine Mindorff is the Past Chair of NIEC and has been instrumental is developing NIEC. Catherine is an epidemiologist by profession. Much of Catherine’s work has been in engaging community members in Niagara to participate in the development of the social strength of the Niagara Community. She does that by contributing and participating on many boards, advisory panels and councils. Catherine has also been instrumental in the design and implementation of the Peace Bridge Reception Centre opened in July 2007.

Currently, Catherine is the Chair of NISCPP the Niagara Integrated Social and Community Planning Group, the Vice President of FACS Niagara, and the Chair of the Fort Erie Arts Council.
