Manny is currently the Niagara Region Program Manager for the Ontario Trillium Foundation where he has been for the past nine years. He currently with a local grant review team, responsible for management of a $3 Million annual portfolio of funds designed to assist community based non-profit organizations. To date over $25 Million has been allocated to over 500 community projects in Niagara.

Prior to coming to the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Manny was the Executive Director of United Way of South Niagara for three years where he worked with local volunteers, businesses and labour to raise almost $1 Million through annual fundraising drive.

Manny graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts: Political Studies and Urban Studies.

He also serves as Past or Current Member of Niagara Community Foundation, Leadership Niagara, Junior Achievement, United Way and Chamber of Commerce.

He is married to Kim with a nine year- old daughter, Kylie and a six year- old son, Lucas. In his spare time he enjoys coaching minor sports and playing hockey and tennis.
