Trudy Parsons has served as the Executive Director of Niagara Workforce Planning Board (formerly Niagara Training & Adjustment Board) since 2001. Prior to that, she was employed in the area of training and professional development from 1984. Trudy completed her MBA in Business Administration in 2005 and earned designations as Professional Manager and Certified in Management through the Canadian Institute of Management. She serves on numerous committees and boards and is the National Director of Membership for the Canadian Institute of Management. Trudy is very knowledgeable on the labour market trends of Niagara and a strong proponent for partnerships.
